We oversee all repairs in the buildings we manage. Whether that is large scale projects or everyday maintenance repairs. We have built a connection with reputable vendors. We complete inspections of your properties to maintain your properties condition. We strive to have proactive maintenance and not reactive maintenance. We communicate all Capital improvements, while planning/budgeting with our owners for any long term projects.

We market all of our units on multiple different advertising websites. With our connections in our community we rent out units quickly. We make sure your property receives the attention it deserves when you have a vacancy. We complete an in-depth market analysis on your unit/property to ensure you are receiving fair market rent. 

We strive to get your property rented out quickly to qualified tenant. We ensure your property is at market rent and  that your property is producing the maximum income. We assist with all lease documents to protect you and the tenants.

We collect all rent payments. We issue payments to all vendors, insurance companies, and any services completed at the property. We provide monthly Owner Statements with a breakdown of Income/Expenses. With our platform you are able to view your reports anywhere and at anytime.

One of the owners of Miller Hatcher Inc. Has a degree in Construction Management as well as many years of experience as a Senior Project Manager. We have the capabilities to oversee large scale construction projects as well as renovations. Many of our tenants need to renovate units to fit their needs. We are always hands on with projects and communicative to owners.
